It is easy to disassemble, replace and clean.

 

It adopts guide rail transmission, with high precision and long service life. The closed design effectively prevents waste capsules and dust from entering. It has good stability, neat sowing and accurate direction adjustment.

 

One-piece processing, compact structure without joint gaps, good sealing, easy disassembly; upper and lower modules move independently, fixed bracket shaft seal adopts double-lip skeleton dust ring, achieving no noise, small size, low load, high precision. When the abnormal capsules cannot be separated normally, the powder entering the lower die hole is directly sucked into the powder recovery device of the filling station, which can effectively recover the powder and avoid loss and waste.

The filling base adopts a negative pressure design. When the equipment is running, the powder in the base hole can be sucked in by negative pressure and recovered into the powder collector, effectively avoiding the waste and loss of powder and realizing the secondary use of powder.

 

The slotted locking deck is flexible and allows fine-tuning of the DAT at any time without having to adjust the position lever.

The use of purified compressed air and intermittent gas impact technology solves the problem of powder adhering to the mold and improves the probability of capsule filling.
