Introduction:

This series of capsule polishing and metal detection machines is a newly designed model, featuring multiple functions including capsule handling, lifting, sorting, and metal detection. The equipment inlet can be connected to any model of capsule filling machine, enabling an integrated production process for capsule polishing, lifting, sorting, and metal detection.
 

 

Features:

- Equipped with multiple functions including capsule polishing, lifting, sorting, and metal detection;
- The machine's inlet can be adjusted 360° around its circumference, making it convenient to position and saving space;
- The capsule sorting device can automatically sort capsules that are slightly underfilled, empty shells, broken pieces, and separate capsule caps;
- The entire machine uses quick-install connection structures, making disassembly and installation more convenient and faster;
 

- The brush on the main shaft is removable for thorough cleaning. The whole machine can be cleaned without dead angles, meeting cGMP requirements;
- All parts that contact pharmaceuticals are made of 316L material or materials that meet modern pharmaceutical production requirements;
- The machine is CE certified, ensuring a safer and more standardized production process.

After-sale Services

Installation

All installation with the SINOPED team (1 Engineer+1 Translator) must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled. Include tools, equipment , steam connection and electric supply needed to be prepared well . 
While SINOPED team member arrives at the site for a complete and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within14 working days excluding travel days. The actual installation days may vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours..

After Service

SINOPED provide free parts and parts delivery, when manufacture defects has been detected during normal operation (vulnerable parts not included) under warranty period. We offer One YEARS warranty period time. 
Beyond warranty period we offer Cost-charge accessory . 
Consultant services all machine life.

Machinery quality assurance:
