Eight-station machine operation process:

The first station: feeding the bag; put the prefabricated bag on the bag bin, the bag can move up and down, when the bag falls, use the suction
The bag is picked up from the tray, and when it rises, use the two suction cups of the mechanical arm to transfer the bag to the mechanical claw of the rotary table.

The second station: code printing + zipper opening; production date and production batch number can be printed.

The third station: open the bag; use four suction cups on the upper and lower parts of the bag to open the bag.

The fourth station: Filling 1; there is a detection device to detect whether the bag is opened, and the material will not be unloaded if it is not opened, otherwise, the material will be unloaded when the bag is opened.

The fifth station: Nitrogen filling

The sixth station: close the zipper

The seventh station: heat sealing; the heat sealing of the bag mouth, the hot air strip can choose mesh pattern or straight pattern.
