ZPT15/17/20/25 Serise Tablet Press Machine which totally meet GMP, ISO, and USA FDA requirement. This machine is very nice, decent, and easy to operate, especially the electrical control cabinet is independent from machine, which meet the requirement of FDA and CE, regarding to the safety of the operator. we can supply IQ OQ &PQ Documents along with the machine.
The Punch Type (EU) is D/B/BB/BBS for customer to choice.
Machine features:
1.Small Size, Light Weight (Length 640cm ;Width 780cm; High154cm)
2.Less Punches, Fast Speed, The Rotating Speed is 77 circle/Min . Easy to change mould and cleaning .The Capacity is about 70000 tablets/h -118000tablets/h .
3.Adopt High speed punches, It can bear Big Pressure & wear-resisting in High speed .The Life is 10 times than Low Speed punches.
4.PLC Control Systerm, All the Control can be operated Through HMI. Automatic Lubrication Systerm , Automatic Feeding Oil .
5.Stainless steel main machine housing.
6.The contact Parts with powder is 316L. All the Cover is 304. The Rotary Cover is handled specially to make it varnish. According to GMP.
7.There are special oil-leak proofs and dust proof devices installed in die holes.
