                                                                       New powder hopper

The new hopper adopts butterfly valve-type powder feeding, and is very suitable for drug powder with poor liquidity, including Chinese herbal medicine and Chinese patent drug, due to that its vibration unit equipped will force the powder to run down, which has solved problem of failing to feed in powder that often happens in the traditional screw feeding device because of the poor liquidity of powder.

The new designed frame of capsule separation station uses transmission of guide rail, enjoying higher precision and longer service life. Its closed design can prevent the defective capsule and dust from entering, ensuring a rapid and orderly capsule separation, as well as accurate capsule orienting.
When the abnormal capsules are failed to be separated properly, powder entering the lower holes of filling station will be absorbed into powder aspirator by recycling device, completely stopping the powder from scattering onto the platform, avoiding drug powder wasting and losing.

The skeleton of ten-position turntable is machined integrally, having advantages of compact structure, no splicing gap, good sealing and easy to maintain. The upper and lower dies move independently, where the lower unit stretches and shrinks horizontally, while the upper unit runs up and down vertically. Double lip wiper dust seal preventing oil and dust is used on the shaft of fixed bracket of the upper and lower unit. It can provide a fully enclosed turntable with benefits of noise less, little in size and load and high precision, ensuring advantages of maintenance-free, lubrication charging-free, and no powder leakage for the inside part. Modularization design and positioning by pins for clamper of filling allow adjusting the filling dosage without need to stop the machine. The filling pipe of different size can be changed conveniently and rapidly. (Paten code.: ZL 2015 2 1021519.4)
The base of filling station is designed with negative pressure room, which is connected to the powder recycler. During the operation, any powder entering into the base will be inhaled into the powder recycler device by the negative pressure. The powder recycled will be used again after being filtered, preventing drug powder wasting and losing.

The slot type capsule locking plate is adjustable with high flexibility, it can slightly adjust at any time the misplacement in capsule locking, without need to adjust the pull rod of the station.
Use purified compressed air and intermittent gas shock technology to solve the issue that sticky powder with strong hygroscopicity will often stick onto the upper and lower die holes during production, which will cause the failure of proper separation of capsule. This will improve effectively the loading rate of capsule.

Powder recycler
 

         
Negative pressure technology and sole distribution system for powder will collect separately any powder entering into the base and the powder recycler device, ensuring that the powder will not be contaminated by wasted capsules. The powder recycled will be used again after being filtered without needing of sterilization.

It not only covers all the functions and effects of the domestic capsule filling machine of the same model, but also has four innovative technologies: a. structure of the machine base has been improved; b. turntable structure has been innovated; c. filling structure has been innovated; 4. Finished capsule outlet structure has been innovated; 5. Device to separate the powder and defective capsule has been innovated, three of which has been issued the utility model patent certificate by the national intellectual property administration, PRC. The technologies innovations have improved significantly the operation efficiency, achieving a capsule separating rate of 99.99% and a qualified rate of finished capsule of 99.8%. The new machine is easier to maintain and operate, being well received by customers at home and abroad.

1. Opening and locking of capsule can be controlled automatically which is safe and convenient.
2. Equipped with inching control system, which makes it easy and convenient for cleaning, loading and unloading of upper and lower dies.

4.Automatic alarm and shutdown will be activated when lacks empty capsule or powder.
5.Rich functions designed on the HMI, including counting and displaying functions during the production, and it is able to link with printer, if needed, for printing information including date of production, lot number, quantity, etc.
6.Shafts of capsule absorbing, pushing, locking, as well as defective capsule rejecting are all sealed with two layers of sealing ring, among which the first sealing adopts Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) to prevent lubrication from losing, and the second sealing uses imported silicone rubber sealing ring (SIL) to prevent powder from entering bearings, which has effectively solved the problem of bearing damage and shaft jamming because of powder leakage.
7. The two horizontal shafts of high-precision fully enclosed turntable adopts PTFE oil-free bearings, which are sealed with imported silicone rubber sealing ring (SIL) for preventing powder from entering the inside room of the turntable, ensuring running accuracy of the turntable, without needing to maintain and add lubrication permanently.
8. The plane cams are running in the mode of double rails, where the two axes run out separately. It can improve the operation accuracy and meanwhile eliminate the possibility of collision between the lower die and the dosage disc.
9.The high precision cam splitter uses optical dividing head of German Zeiss. The dividing spindle is machined in the CNC all at once, which has ensured accuracy dividing of the turntable and dosage disc while the machine runs fast, thus ensuring the precision of filling. Higher precision of cam splitter also provides the machine longer service life.
10.The operating cams are all processed with 20crmoti carburizing and quenching treatment, and then machined in CNC grinding machine all at once, which has ensured the accuracy and unity of the cams and provided a longer service life.
