Main Application:
This machine is a single pressure type automatic rotating continuous tablet pressing machine, pressing the raw materials into various tablets. It is mainly used in the production of tablets in the pharmaceutical industry, and is suitable for chemical, food, electronics and other industrial sectors. The outer cover shell is fully enclosed, the material is stainless steel, the inner table is made of stainless steel, the turntable surface is specially treated, which can keep the surface luster and prevent cross contamination, in line with GMP requirements. Windows and doors equipped with transparent glass can clearly observe the state of the tablet, and can be fully opened, easy to clean and maintain inside. All controllers and operating parts are reasonably arranged. Frequency conversion speed regulating device is used for electric speed regulation, easy to operate, stable rotation, safe and accurate. All the transmission devices are arranged inside the machine to keep the parts clean. Equipped with overload protection device, when the pressure overload, can automatically stop. The machine is equipped with electromagnetic brake motor and other safety protection devices, running can also be adjusted and operated.

1.The outside part of the machine is full-enclosed. The material of the cover and internal table are made of stainless steel. The surface of turntable is specially disposed to keep the surface luster and prevent it from being polluted, meeting the GMP requirement.2.It has transparent windows so that press condition can be observed clearly and windows can be opened for cleaning and maintenance. The lay-out of all the controllers and the operate parts is reasonable.
3.All the drive devices are located inside the machine so keep the machine clean.
4.The machine can press not only round tablets but also different geometrical shape tablets, double-layered and annular tablets,the tablets may have the impressed on both sides.
5.Overload protection unit is included in the system to avid the damage of the punches and apparatus, When overload occurs, the machine will stop working automatically.
6.Powder absorbing device could absorb the powder in the tablet-pressing room.
