1. With the unique RU110 & RU80 high-precision indexing box unit, it's more stable, and the service life is long.
2. The second-generation full closed turntable is designed. For the upper die, double shafts have the up/ down circular movement, the imported silica gel is used to seal, and the possibility of powders' falling into the turntable is reduced. For the lower die, double shafts have the in/ out circular movement, the imported silica sealing ring is used to seal, the powder taking by the shafts' reciprocating is reduced, it's stable and the precision is high. There is the pressing cover for double shafts, it's easy to dismantle, it's convenient to clean, there is no need to open the turntable to exchange sealing rings, so the problem that the turntable needs to be dismantled is solved.
3. The metering tray's lower surface is taken as the base, the 3-V regulating device is adopted, so there is no possibility the metering tray or the copper padding tray is out of shape, the interval is homogeneous, the power leakage is reduced, it's convenient to clean, the filling volume is ensured, and this is the original design in China in this kind of machines.
4. With the vacuum capsule positioning & separating device, the pass rate gets to more than 98%.
5. The capsules control switch is safer, and it's convenient to operate.
6. With the inching control system, it's humanized during the production and the cleaning.
7. With the module-type closed power filling device, it's convenient to dismantle and clean.
8. There is the automatic timing & lubricating system.
9. There is a 7-inch color LCD, and the machine will automatically alarm when capsules or powders are not enough, or when there is the vacuum fault, or the machine door is opened, etc.
10. With the second de-humidifying device in the filling chamber, the de-humidifying effect in the filling chamber is better, and operators will feel comfortable. (Optional)
11. With the die's blowing & cleaning device, the problem that capsules are difficult to be opened because there is powder's settling during the production, and the capsules pass rate is increased greatly. (Optional)
