GZP45-75 Series High Speed Double layer Double Slides Tablet Press Machine is the newest designed equipment,
which totally meet GMP and ISO requirement. This machine is very nice, decent, and easy to operate, especially
the electrical control cabinet is independent from machine.

The Punch Type (EU) is D/B/BB/BBS for customer choice.

Machine features:
1.With automatic weight control function, batch rejection and single rejection. Under normal circumstances, the
weight tolerance can be controlled within ± 2%.
2.Adopt Precision screw incline jacking mechanism ,High Precious of the control filling guide ,some other factory's
adopt worm and gear structure which big gap and with backhaul ,weight variation.
3.Long length Quantitative guide which can control 7-11 punches ,Quantitative more accuracy and less weight variation
4.Double forced feeding device with three Layers three impeller force feeding system .
5.Punches runs stable and less weight variation by Magneto damping Pin in lower punch position .
6.Less material loss ≤0.5%( more than ≥1% in other similar equipment )
7. Easy cleaning ,it can disassemble more than 7 punches at once time (other similar equipment only 2 punches)
8.Combined type Upper and lower guide ,especially lower guide is located on the table easy for cleaning and
maintenance.
9.Pushing out design as the Weight regulating mechanism ,so more than 7 punches can be disassembled by
enlarge the space ,it is easy to take the parts as well greatly reducing the cleaning time.
10.Handwheel is convince operation for changing the punches and saving time.
