SNYS-169 TEA BAG PACKING MACHINE

The machine is suitable for the non-returnable packaging of the inner and outer bag of small particulate materials such as: tea, herbal tea, health tea grass-root type and so on.Inner and outer bag's film drawing is controlled by the stepper motor, stable bag length and accurate positioning. The temperature controller is adjusted by PID to make the temperature control more accurate.Overall machine movement is controlled by PLC, with human-machine interface display, ensure health of products.Packing material:filter paper, thread, composite membrane and labels.

1.Function: It can continuously and automatically complete a series of tasks such as measuring, bag making, filling, sealing, printing batch number, cutting and easy tearing, and counting. (printer is optional) 
2.Date code printer: Automatically print batch number, production date and expiration date. The printing is clear. Photocell/eye mark: Precise positioning to preserve the integrity of the pattern. Photoelectric abnormal alarm, automatic shutdown of cursor abnormally, reducing waste of packaging materials and saving cost. 
3.Sealing mould: The intelligent temperature controller controls the temperature of the horizontal and vertical enclosures in two ways. 
4.Display record function: It is capable of recording and displaying output. cumulative output. real-time speed, and temperature when the equipment is heat-sealed, and can record running time without interruption. After the equipment completes the packaging quantity set for each product, it will automatically stop.
