WLDH horizontal lithium battery powder ribbon mixer can be used for the materials mixing production in food, lithium battery powder , chemical plastic, dyestuff and cosmetic etc industries to mix solid-solid(powder and powder),solid-liquid(powder and liquid), especially, suit for mixing the material adhesive or containing coherent powder articles and that powder articles material which is added with more liquid(or pasty material) and features a quick mixing speed, a high precision, non-blind mixing area, a great filling coefficient, stable movement, sealed operation, without pollution to the environment, quick and clear discharge without residue, easy to use and maintenance.
 

Working Principle

Horizontal ribbon mixer consists of transmission components, double-layer ribbon mixer, and U-shaped barrel. The coiling form of the outer spiral strip matches the direction of rotation to push the material from both ends to the middle, while the inner spiral strip pushes the material from the middle to both ends. The different angles and directions of the spiral strip make the material flow in different directions. The material continues to pass through Convection circulation and shear mixing achieve rapid mixing.

There is outlet at bottom of mixer, vortex structure of outer ribbon and main shaft rotation push material from two ends to center, so no leftover will be stayed in mixer tank after discharge.

All materials for the positive electrode must be coated: such as ternary positive electrode materials, ternary precursors, lithium carbonate, iron phosphate, lithium iron phosphate, lithium hydroxide, black powder, lithium cobalt oxide, lithium manganate.

Spindle ribbon spraying, using tungsten carbide or nano-ceramics as wear-resistant coating

 

Domestic tungsten carbide: spray spindle, temperature resistance 540°C, wear resistance and erosion resistance, not acid and alkali resistance, processing thickness: 0.15~0.3mm.

 

Nano Ceramics: Can be repaired on site. Temperature resistance 200ºC, acid and alkali resistance, processing thickness: 0.3~2.5mm.

 

Spraying of cylinder cover: ETFE/ECTFE: 0.3~0.5mm Lined with PTFE board: 2-3mm Determine the spray thickness according to the material.

 

Negative electrode material: natural graphite, artificial graphite, silicon-based negative electrode
