Product features
This product is widely applicable to SCF (pre filled syringe) syringes from BD, BG, SCHOTT companies, and major domestic manufacturers. Other types of syringes can also be customized.
The surface is made of AISI 304 stainless steel material, and the contact parts are made of AISI 316L stainless steel and medical silicone rubber, which fully comply with GMP specifications.
The ceramic plunger pump achieves quantitative filling, is resistant to acid and alkali erosion, wear-resistant and high-temperature, and has high filling accuracy.
The transportation and sorting of rubber plugs are achieved through vibration discs, using AISI 316L stainless steel clean discs with bright surface treatment and no hygiene dead corners.
Adopting internationally renowned electrical components, implementing non-interference modular control, all synchronous actions are controlled by servo motors, implementing automatic filling and plugging, accurate and reliable, and easy to operate.
The motor is controlled by a PLC programming controller, and the human-machine interaction interface monitors and displays the working status of each workstation in real time. Real time automatic alarms are displayed to indicate the location of faults and provide fault prompts.
Multiple filling dosages and methods are available for selection.
Adopting a filling needle that rises with the liquid level to prevent liquid splashing.
Vacuum filling system, suitable for viscous materials, ensures that the medicine liquid fills the filling space without bubbles or faults, and improves the qualified rate of finished products.
Vacuum plugging system to avoid the generation of particles due to vibration and friction of the rubber plug, ensuring close contact between the rubber plug and the liquid surface.
Modular design, easy to locate, easy to expand, can be used alone or connected.
Optional hundred level laminar flow hood to achieve high requirements for clean production.
