Soft double aluminum packaging machine is our company's latest research and development of a new generation of soft double aluminum packaging equipment, the equipment design is novel, advanced structure, using PLC touch screen control system, with high efficiency, low noise, simple and convenient operation. Feeding method adopts vibration feeding mechanism, and equipped with photoelectric monitoring device, automatic control of feeding, the number of punching and cutting plates can be set freely, feeding, blanking, heat sealing, cutting, batch number, punching, counting and other processes are automatically completed, can reach high speed operation. It is widely used in the soft double aluminum packaging of various tablets, capsules in the pharmaceutical and health products industry and various electronic components similar to tablets in the electronic industry, which can achieve good sealing and light avoidance effect, greatly extending the shelf life of the product, and convenient to carry.

Feature
A. The shell of the equipment is welded from 304# stainless steel plate with 2mm thickness, which is beautiful and practical in appearance.

B. The whole machine adopts PLC touch screen control system, the number of punching plates can be freely set and adjusted on the touch screen, and there is no need to worry about frequent replacement of various gears and cams caused by changing packaging specifications and varieties.

C. The temperature control of the hot sealing roll die adopts the temperature controller with PID control imported, and the temperature measurement adopts the advanced PT100 roller surface temperature measuring device assembled with imported parts, which ensures the surface temperature of the hot sealing roll die is stable and reliable, and directly improves the sealing performance of the hot sealing plate.

D. The host adopts the inverter stepless speed regulation, the equipment is stable and reliable, the transmission structure is simple, and the maintenance is convenient
