GZPK-660 double discharge high-speed rotary sheet press is a product of British Manistee Company in the 1990s, after continuous technological innovation and improvement, with a higher degree of automation, better operability, faster production speed, stronger stability, and lower noise characteristics. Its technology is at the leading level in China. (It is different from other similar products in China is the double discharge high-speed tablet press developed on the basis of the single discharge tablet press of Clean Company in the 1980s, or the double discharge high-speed tablet press of the same technology in the 1980s).
The main motor of the tablet press is driven by AC variable frequency stepless governor and decelerated by worm. The rotation of the turntable causes the upper and lower punches to move relative to each other under the action of the guide rail. Particles or powders are pressed into tablets by filling, prepressing, main pressing, and other processes. In the whole process of tablet pressing, the control system implements automatic control of the weight of the tablet through the detection, transmission, calculation and processing of the pressure signal, automatic scrapping of the scrap, automatic sampling and fault display.
