It is easy to disassemble, replace and clean.

 

It adopts guide rail transmission, with high precision and long service life. The closed design effectively prevents waste capsules and dust from entering. It has good stability, neat sowing and accurate direction adjustment.

 

One-piece processing, compact structure without joint gaps, good sealing, easy disassembly; upper and lower modules move independently, fixed bracket shaft seal adopts double-lip skeleton dust ring, achieving no noise, small size, low load, high precision. When the abnormal capsules cannot be separated normally, the powder entering the lower die hole is directly sucked into the powder recovery device of the filling station, which can effectively recover the powder and avoid loss and waste.

The filling base adopts a negative pressure design. When the equipment is running, the powder in the base hole can be sucked in by negative pressure and recovered into the powder collector, effectively avoiding the waste and loss of powder and realizing the secondary use of powder.

 

The slotted locking deck is flexible and allows fine-tuning of the DAT at any time without having to adjust the position lever.

The use of purified compressed air and intermittent gas impact technology solves the problem of powder adhering to the mold and improves the probability of capsule filling.

The new finished capsule discharging mechanism exclusively adopts the capsule plate design. No external air source is required when discharging the finished capsule. There is no dust flying during the production process. It has strong permanent usability and less wear.

The dry vacuum pump has the following advantages: 1. The equipment has a very good silent effect during production. 2. The dry vacuum pump generates vacuum through the high-speed rotation of the eccentric vane, and the vacuum cleanliness meets the international (FTA) pharmaceutical gas standards. 3. The vacuum pump itself does not generate heat during continuous use and will not affect the temperature control of the GMP workshop. 4. The vacuum degree is highly sustainable and will not decrease due to long-term use. 5. The dry vacuum pump itself has an impurity filtration system, which is simple and convenient to clean.

Adopting negative pressure technology and equipped with an independent powder distribution system, the powder can be accurately recovered to avoid cross contamination. The recovered powder can be directly used for production again, which is convenient and efficient.

Equipped with automatic oil supply system for transmission mechanism, it can realize automatic oil supply at fixed time, fixed quantity and fixed point, keeping the transmission mechanism in lubrication state at all times, prolonging the service life of the equipment and reducing the wear of accessories.
