For the majority of its structure, we've chosen stainless steel, which ensures durability and meets high hygiene standards. The electrical part is controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) along with stepless frequency control. This enables a faster production speed and makes the operation and control of the machine much simpler. With this machine, the entire process from bottle making, quantity calculation, filling, sealing to the final output of the finished product can be achieved within a single unit. In a traditional production pipeline, multiple steps like cleaning, sterilizing, drying, transporting, filling, and liquid handling are necessary. However, our SNBFS machine effectively addresses all these issues. It occupies a relatively small area and requires fewer operators, thereby significantly reducing production costs. Particularly in the filling system, we've adopted an automatic peristaltic filling system. This system allows the filling process to be completed within the pipeline itself. Not only does it minimize the risk of contamination, but it also simplifies the cleaning process as only the pipeline needs to be washed. Moreover, this filling system has already obtained a national patent. The SNBFS machine boasts an elegant appearance, is easy to transport, and user-friendly in operation.
