Working Principles

 

1.The equipment shell is 304 # stainless steel plate welded, beautiful and practical appearance.
2.The whole machine adopts PLC touch screen control system, and the number of cutting plates can be set and adjusted freely on the touch screen. There is no need to worry about the trouble of frequently changing various gears and cams caused by the replacement of packaging specifications and varieties.
3.The temperature control of the hot seal roll die is controlled by analog temperature module, and the temperature measurement adopts advanced K-type temperature measuring probe to ensure that the surface surface temperature is stable and reliable, so as to improve the sealing performance of the hot seal plate.
4.The main engine adopts frequency converter without less speed regulation, the equipment runs stable and reliable, simple drive structure and convenient maintenance
