The leak inspector can be designed to inspect Blow Fill Seal (BFS) containers for possible liquid leakage.
In either strip form or as individual container.
The pinhole inspector can be designed to incorporate an Automatic Loading System for BFS cards regardless of product size.
The cards can be loaded mechanically or manually onto a flat conveyor system after deflashing.
The cards are then automatically loaded onto the inspection conveyor at the correct timing sequence. Then the cards is processed with sloping and vibration. After the vibrating the cards passes through the High Voltage Electrode in sequence. Unqualified products will be rejected automatically by rejection belt conveyor ,while qualified products well be output.

From BFS formed row plastic ampoules or sterilized and dried row plastic ampoules, they are transported to high-pressure testing equipment through a line, and then lie flat (with the drug bottle head facing the operation panel) and transition to the bottle feeding mesh belt. Then, they are separated equally by accelerating the mesh belt, and then pass through the oscillation device 01 and high-frequency oscillation to make the drug plate head full of liquid medicine for inspection. Then, they enter the main mesh belt at detection station 01 and detection station 02, and pass through the lateral flipping mechanism, Through oscillation device 02, high-frequency oscillation is carried out to fill the head of the drug plate with liquid medicine for inspection. Then, it enters detection station 03 and detection station 04 to achieve covered leakage detection in areas such as the head, bottom, body, bottleneck, and gaps between plastic ampoules. The tested drugs are transported to the waste channel for effective separation, and the good products are transported to the next process through the bottle outlet mesh belt.
