       BG-20H coating machine of compact and attractive design, is mainly used in scientific research institutes and universities, labs, etc. and suitable for R&D and trial production of Chinese or western medicine, pills with formula of sugar coating, solvent film coating in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, candy industry etc. The machine is made in accordance with the latest standard of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. This apparatus, made of stainless steel and with integrated coating pan, air heating cabinet (for air inlet) and air exhausting cabinet (for air outlet), spraying device and all material contact parts. The production flow of the machine is controlled by a PLC system controller and multiple display forms, the control system has multiple functions and can store and print data(OPTION). The whole coating process is conducted orderly and automatically according to a preset program without dust flying and paste spattering. The coating machine, as a novel, reliable, compact, and clean apparatus, is characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving, purposed for easy operation.
