It can automatically complete various processes such as capsule sowing, capsule separation, filling, waste capsule removal, capsule locking and finished product export. Fully enclosed ten-station turntable, the module is designed with a single row of 11 holes, and it has become an intelligent equipment for hard capsule filling with a high production efficiency of a single-row die set in China.

Installation

All installation with the SINOPED team (1 Engineer+1 Translator) must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled. Include tools, equipment , steam connection and electric supply needed to be prepared well . 
While SINOPED team member arrives at the site for a complete and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within14 working days excluding travel days. The actual installation days may vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours..

After Service

SINOPED provide free parts and parts delivery, when manufacture defects has been detected during normal operation (vulnerable parts not included) under warranty period. We offer One YEARS warranty period time. 
Beyond warranty period we offer Cost-charge accessory .
