Product Description
What can our Fluid Bed produce ?
The machine is main used for drying powder or granules from pharmaceutical, foodstuff, chemical and so on industries.
Medicine granulation and coating Granulation: tablet granules, granules for granules and capsules.
Coating: granules, protective layer of pills, color preparation, slow release, film, enteric coating.Food Granulation and Coating Sugar, coffee, cocoa powder, butter, powdered fruit juice, amino acids, condiments, puffed food. Pesticide, Pigment Pigment and Dye Granulation Drying of Powdery, Granular and Block Materials.
FLG120 SOLID PREPARATION GRANULATOR SERIES PRODUCTION LINE
The principle of action:
1. Minxing and granulating in GHL400 : dry mixing, then add the binder, made into the required damp material, final the cutting Knife makes the wet material into graunles.
2. Finish make granule then discharge to GZL-350 High Speed Grinding Granulator (WET mill) get required size.
3. After wet mill, the wet granule will be suck into FG120 dryer for drying by negative pressure of exhaust fan.
4. After drying then discharge to dry mill get required size.
Features of equipment:
★PLC intelligent control, highly automated and convenient for operation and maintenance.
★Completely automated airproof material loading, closed type material unloading system, pipeline connection, quick clamp connector, free of blind corner, convenient for dismantling and easy for cleaning.
★Adopting hoop join and easy to disassemble.
★Using trolley-type granular separating apparatus, convenient and flexible for installing.
★Completely made of stainless steel and 316L quality stainless steel used for parts exposed to materials.
