DXD01KM120 high-speed intelligent tea bag packaging machine is mainly used for the packaging of crushed tea and other similar granular materials (20 ~ 40 mesh non-viscous granular or flake materials), which can realize automatic feeding, double line scuttling of inner bag, label filter paper and cotton wire heat sealing welding, tea bag counting stack and grouping output. It can customize the functions of inner bag feeding into outer bag, outer bag heat sealing forming, finished product counting and grouping output, etc. The whole machine through PLC, HMI and multi-axis servo control system, coordinated and orderly finish the product packaging work.
