3. The paper feeding during the whole machine operation is controlled by a Panasonic servo motor,ensuring stable operation and simple operation for personnel.

The special side sealing technology has a good heat insulation effect on materials, and will not cause component damage to materials and packaging materials due to high temperature.Moreover, after the machine stops, the vertical seal automatically moves away from the feeding pipe, which can avoid the vertical seal continuously conducting heat to the feeding pipe during machine rest.
5. The transverse sealing block adopts a combination of hard and soft surfaces, so that the sealing pressure remains consistent, the force is balanced, and the sealing is more tight.
6. The paper feeding structure is operated through the control system, which can automatically correct deviation, give an alarm when there is no film, and is more convenient and time - saving to replace packaging materials; when the packaging material is deviated, the whole paper - racking structure can be moved through the control panel, so that the packaging material can complete deviation correction in the fastest and shortest time without wasting packaging materials.
7. The placement of packaging materials is more flexible, and the operation by personnel is simpler and more labor - saving.
8. When the whole machine is running, there are air cylinders on the side to assist the machine operation, which greatly reduces the pressure on the servo motor and makes its service life longer.
9. All pneumatic components adopt the AIRTAC brand, and there is a separate air source control box, which can respectively adjust the air source pressure.
10. The unique sealing form makes the bag shape more beautiful and easier to tear open.
