NYF-1000 fully automatic hard capsule filling and sealing line equipment is independently developed and designed by our company based on its own hard capsule filling and sealing line technology for many years. It has greatly improved performance and output. It is a cost-effective hard capsule filling and sealing line equipment. This equipment can complete the filling of hard capsules (solutions, suspensions, microemulsions or hot melt adhesives) and the sealing of the joints of the capsule caps, so that the contents of the capsules are always in a sealed state during packaging, transportation and use, thereby improving stability and safety. The 12-station turntable adopts one-piece processing, compact structure, no joint gap, good sealing, easy disassembly and assembly, easy maintenance, upper and lower modules move independently (lower mold performs horizontal telescopic movement, upper mold performs vertical lifting movement), and the upper and lower module fixed bracket shaft seal adopts oil-proof and dust-proof double-lip dustproof ring. The liquid filling mechanism adopts a high-precision ceramic pump with a metering accuracy of ±2%, servo drive, digital adjustment metering, and simple and convenient metering adjustment.
The turntable connection mechanism adopts modular design, which is convenient for cleaning and changing molds.
Fiber optic sensing has high-speed transmission capability, high sensitivity, is not affected by magnetic field noise, and has a long service life. During the production process, the equipment can quickly detect whether the hollow capsules are separated normally. If there are abnormal or unseparated hollow capsules, the fiber optic system will transmit the collected data to the liquid adding station and the rejection station after detection. The equipment runs to the liquid adding station. According to the data analysis of the fiber optic detection system, the liquid adding station stops adding liquid, and the equipment runs to the rejection station to reject abnormal and unseparated hollow capsules, ensuring the stability of the equipment during the production process.
The capsule introduction mechanism has the functions of automatic capsule guidance, optical fiber detection inside the capsule medicine storage plate, real-time control of the capsule high and low positions, and speed synchronization of the auxiliary machine.
The lifting glue sealing table adopts a servo motor control system and sealed glue storage to effectively prevent the glue from volatilizing in the air. The temperature is adjustable to make the glue reach the best sealing state. The double-channel glue wheel secondary gluing technology is adopted to improve the complete sealing effect of the sealing part.
After sealing, the capsule always faces upward in the hole of the hanging drying mold and moves back and forth in a serpentine manner. It is also easy to disassemble when changing mold specifications and cleaning.
There are 12 equally divided limit rings in the finished product discharge bin. When the drying mold moves to the limit ring, the free hanging type changes to a fixed clamping position, so that each unit of the drying mold rotates 360 degrees, and the finished product is output and falls into the discharge bin. 8 air blowing pipes are added to prevent the finished product from being retained in the mold.
