1. Compare with other big brand in the world, our machines have less power, which saves more electricity. They use high power heater to sterilize the wind which is blowed inside machine (approx 60-70kw).

But our machine uses a triple ultra-fine particle filtration system to filter impurities and most bacteria in the air. And then inside the machine, we designed hydrogen peroxide atomization and ozone generator for further sterilization treatment. Finally, UV ultraviolet rays are used for deep sterilization to create a aseptic filling environment.
The total power we control it within 25kw. Which can save 75% electricity.

1. The machine structure is simple to study, after installation, we trained the worker to handle the machine operation and maintenance. The workers are easy to learn and do the machine maintenance by himself which can save fixing cost.
2. If the voltage in your area is unstable, the voltage stabilizer can help the machine run more smoothly to avoid circuit damage caused by voltage instability.
3. The aseptic filling room of the machine is equipped with a pressure relief alarm system. Once the aseptic room door is accidentally opened to destroy the aseptic environment, the machine will automatically stop and give an alarm.
