This equipment is a one-extraction binary supercritical CO2Extraction equipment, the extraction operating medium is CO₂, service substance CO₂Recyclable utilization.The inner wall, pipes and valves of the container in contact with the materials are made of 304 stainless steel suitable for food hygiene requirements with acid and alkali resistance, and the inner wall, pipes and valves in contact with hot, hot and cold water are also made of 304 stainless steel.
The design pressure of this equipment is 40MPa, and the maximum working pressure is 35MPa.The design service life of the pressure vessel is 20 years. Party B shall strictly implement the design, manufacturing, inspection, installation and commissioning of the current relevant national standards and regulations of the equipment.
