1) Metal Detection: High-frequency detection (0-800kHz) suitable for detecting and removing magnetic and non-magnetic metallic foreign objects from capsules, including fine metal shavings and metal mesh wire embedded in the drug, ensuring drug purity. The detection coil is made of stainless steel and is completely sealed internally, providing high precision, high sensitivity, and high stability.

2) Polishing and Sorting Functions: The equipment can polish capsules to remove surface dust, ensuring cleanliness and quality. The sorting system automatically separates empty capsules, broken capsules, and capsules with low powder content, while also increasing capsule height to provide operating space for subsequent equipment.
