Introduction to the LCX100 Ultrasonic Vial Washing Machine (80-heads)
Machine Overview:
This machine features a vertical drum structure. It uses a screw conveyor to feed the vials, mechanical arms to grip, invert, and continuously rotate the bottles. The washing nozzles perform compound pendulum and tracking movements. In the inverted position, bottles undergo alternating water and air spray cleaning. The machine also integrates ultrasonic cleaning, which ensures excellent washing performance. The machine consists of a base, drum, screw lifting mechanism, transmission system, water pump, and filters. After the vials are injected with water, they enter the ultrasonic cleaning tank for a 1-minute wash. Then, the screw conveyor transfers the bottles to the lifting dial, where they are gripped by the mechanical arm on the large drum, inverted 180 degrees with the bottle mouth facing downward, and subjected to alternating water and air cleaning. Once the cleaning is completed, the mechanical arm returns the bottles to an upright position and conveys them via a synchronous belt to the sterilization oven.
All parts in contact with the cleaning liquid are made of 304 stainless steel and non-toxic, corrosion-resistant materials. The entire working area is enclosed with transparent PC glass to prevent contamination from the external environment. The machine is equipped with terminal filters to ensure that the cleaning water and compressed air meet the required cleanliness standards.
The machine is powered by an AC motor with variable frequency speed control and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) circuits, ensuring reliable performance. The water tank has automatic temperature control and a water level switch to prevent the machine from operating without water. The water and air lines are equipped with pressure indicators, and pressure can be adjusted via diaphragm valves. When linked with the sterilization oven and filling machine, the system can receive signals from these devices. In case of bottle jamming, the machine will automatically stop.
