In the continuous production process, the folding carton equipment maintains a stable working condition, precise folding, and its key components are carefully designed and manufactured, with wear resistance and fatigue resistance, ensuring long-term stable operation and effectively reducing the failure rate.
 

The entire boxing process is carried out in sequence:

First, a specific device is used to firmly suction the paper box onto the star, laying the foundation for subsequent operations. Second, the folding operation of the paper box is performed, starting with the folding of the small tongue at the bottom of the box, making it adhere to the main body of the paper box. After the folding of the small tongue at the bottom is completed, the two large flaps at bottom of the paper box are immediately folded down to the appropriate position. Then, the large tongue at the bottom is inserted into the corresponding position, further fixing the bottom of the paper box.
Third, the product boxing process begins. Products can be accurately placed inside the paper box either manually or automatically through the use of a mechanical arm for automatic feeding, flexibly meeting different production needs. Fourth, after the product is successfully placed in the paper box, the upper part of the paper box is processed The small tongue at the top of the paper box is folded first to ensure the preliminary formation of the upper part of the paper box. Next, the two large fl at the top of the paper box are pressed down and folded, completing the preliminary packaging of the upper part of the paper box. Then, the large tongue at the is inserted into the corresponding position and flattened, making the top structure of the paper box solid. The last step is to push out the formed paper box containing the product through the pushing device, completing the entire boxing process.
