Main application:
This machine is a single-press type, continuous automatic tablet press for pressing granular raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical, food, electronic, plastic and metallurgical industries.
Operating principle:
1. The outside part of the machine is fully-enclosed, and it is made of stainless steel, meeting the G.M.P requirement
2. It has transparent windows so that press condition can be observed clearly and the Windows can be opened. Cleaning and maintenance is easier
3. The machine can press not only round tablets but also different geometrical shape tablets, double-layer and annular tablets, and the tablets may have the impressed letters on both sides
4. All the controller and devices are located in one side of the machine, so that it can be easier to operate
5. An overload protection unit is included in the system to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus, when overload occurs
6. The machine's worm gear drive adopts fully-enclosed oil-immersed lubrication with long service-life, preventing cross pollution.
After-sale Services
Installation:
All installation with the SINOPED team (1 Engineer+1 Translator) must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled. Include tools, equipment, steam connection and electric supply needed to be prepared well. Attached was a TOOLS LIST.
While SINOPED team member arrives at the site for a complete and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within14 working days excluding travel days. The actual installation days may vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours.
After Service:
SINOPED provide free parts and parts delivery, when manufacture defects has been detected during normal operation (vulnerable parts not included) under warranty period. We offer TWO YEARS warranty period time.
Beyond warranty period we offer Cost-charge accessory. Consultant services all machine life.Training:
SINOPED offer TRAINING for user technician and worker. The total training period would be 3~5 working days. All travel and related expensed would be at the purchaser's expense.
