It has a touch screen operation platform, frequency conversion speed regulation of the main engine, and the filling volume of each pump group can be adjusted as a whole, or a single pump group can be fine-tuned. The machine will stop when there is no bottle on the bottle feeding conveyor line, and will start automatically when there is a bottle. The filling head lifting mechanism uses a cylinder to control the stroke. (For bottles with high bodies, the filling head needs to dive into the bottom of the bottle for filling). It can also be lifted and lowered by a mechanical cam, equipped with a 30 L liquid storage cylinder, and the upper and lower floats in the liquid storage cylinder are controlled by two proximity switches + angle seat valves for automatic refilling (the liquid storage cylinder refilling system needs to enter the refilling state when the main engine power is turned on. After the power is turned off, no matter how much the liquid level is, the refilling system needs to be in the closed state)
