LFP-150A capsule polishing machine has the triple functions of capsule polishing, lifting and sorting. The inlet can be connected to any type of capsule filling machine, and the outlet can be connected to a metallographic testing machine, a weight testing machine, and an appearance inspection machine, thus realizing an online production mode of capsule filling, polishing, sorting and testing.

The LFP-150A capsule polishing machine is mainly composed of a base assembly, a gearbox, an electric control box, a bracket, a polishing barrel assembly, a powder suction cover assembly, a feed port assembly, a spindle and a brush assembly, a discharge port assembly, a classifier, a support rod, etc., as shown in the following structure diagram:
5.1 Open the wooden box packaging,and check the machine nameplate:LFP-150A capsule polisher.
5.2 In accordance with the Packing List in the Use Instructions,check whether machines,spare parts,tools are complete.
5.3 After installation of casters,place the machine on a level ground.After leveling the machine,tighten the nuts on the casters.
5.4 Remove the protective oil from the machine surface.
5.5 Install the strut and the sorter (as shown in Figs 4,5).
