SNV-8 visual imaging grain counting machine (full servo) is an upgrade of our company based on the visual imaging grain counting machine. After a long period of research and repeated experiments, we systematically upgraded and transformed the shortcomings of the cylinder valve, replaced the cylinder valve with a servo rotary valve, and successfully developed a more stable, easier to use and more reliable visual grain counting equipment. The core components and control system of the equipment are all imported original accessories. The machine is mainly composed of a loading hopper, a vibration conveyor, a dust storage box, a servo rotary valve control system, a visual imaging grain counting system and an industrial computer control system. It has the advantages of low energy consumption, stable operation and low noise; variable frequency speed adjustment; automatic detection of missing bottles and automatic elimination of counting errors; and can realize a variety of data control, monitoring, safety protection and fault alarm functions. Accurate counting, bottling error is less than the national standard. Various operating parameters can be set according to needs, and more than 15 groups of setting parameters can be stored for easy call.
