VHP sterilizer 

This isolator is equipped with two INNOVE dry-process VHP sterilizers, one each for the transfer chamber and the operating chamber. Features include:
1. The VHP sterilizer is integrated into the isolator;
2. VHP is a gas with small, invisible particle size, resulting in excellent sterilization in a short time.
3. VHP distributes quickly and evenly, preventing localized high concentrations that could lead to condensation.
4. No circulation is required, resulting in low energy consumption.

Features

1. Stable sterilization process, excellent diffusion, fast sterilization speed, no condensation (equipped with built-in saturation parameter control), and no residual sterilization residue (such as the sporicide peracetic acid and other impurities).
2. Multiple sterilization programs are available to meet different sterilization load requirements.
3. Display and control of sterilization D value and hydrogen peroxide saturation S value enable real-time monitoring of sterilization effectiveness and control of condensation risks (relative humidity during the sterilization phase is generally controlled within a range of 30%-70%).
4. Audit trails and multi-level permission management meet FDA, EU, and WHO regulations. Certification requirements;
5. Easy to use and maintain: After verification, the sterilization process starts with a single click. Maintenance consumables are minimal, and imported dehumidification and exhaust systems are free of adsorption consumables, resulting in low maintenance costs.
6. Utilizes general analytical grade hydrogen peroxide (30% or 35%), suitable for various concentrations. This is affordable and relatively easy to purchase, regardless of brand.

The cabin has a square shape with rounded corners (R = 20mm) and is made of 304 stainless steel.

The front of the work cabin features a hinged, 15mm-thick safety glass door with gas struts that can be opened up to 120 degrees.

The door is ergonomically designed and tilted downward 8 degrees for easy access.

The door is equipped with a safety lock to prevent accidental opening during operation.

The door seal utilizes an inflatable seal made of FDA-approved silicone.

The cabin is equipped with LED lighting, ensuring illumination >350 Lux.
