The new generation SNTJ-V capsule filling machine is the latest double capsule feeding station capsule filling equipment developed and improved by our factory on the basis of SNTJ-IV. The new capsule components are all designed with cylindrical positioning, so that the machine can be used during mold change. The time is reduced to only 5-8 minutes to complete the mold replacement and commissioning. Compared with the old model, the new machine is simpler, more intuitive and more convenient in terms of manual operation, and the capsule installation rate is higher. This machine has novel structure and beautiful appearance. It adopts electric and gas joint control, and is equipped with electronic automatic counting device, programmable controller and frequency converter speed regulating device. 1. The structure of the bag planting is changed to a streamlined and stable single-arm large column support, and a unique linkage power mechanism, which greatly improves the visual impact and synchronization of the bag planting. (patent)
2. The built-in bag control switch device can accurately and quickly adjust the opening and closing angle of the bag sowing frame.
3. The small capsule hopper is equipped with a gate to quickly clean the capsules.
4. Both large and small capsule hoppers adopt fast positioning devices, which can be quickly loaded and unloaded without tools.

11. Continuous capsule filling structure, the old model is an intermittent inching structure, compared with the old model, the capsule filling rate is higher and more stable.
12. The air inflow of the vacuum pump is increased to 60L per minute, the old model is 40L, and the vacuum effect is more continuous.
13. Equipped with a folding capsule tray, which is convenient for operation and transportation and saves floor space.
14. The newly upgraded capsule locking device has no exposed cylinder and air pipe, making it safer for operators to use.
15. A new integrated cylinder is adopted to make the adjustment of compressed air more convenient and efficient.
16. Clearer compressed air pipeline, the black air pipe is the air intake, and the blue air pipe is the air outlet.
