CFK-1250 fully automatic capsule filling machine adopts intermittent rotary operation, hole plate metering filling, precise and beautiful design, stable and reliable operation. It can automatically complete various processes such as capsule sowing, capsule separation, filling, waste capsule removal, capsule locking and finished product export. Fully enclosed ten-station turntable, the module is designed with a single row of 11 holes, and it has become an intelligent equipment for hard capsule filling with a high production efficiency of a single-row die set in China.
 

 

 

Product Description

1. Fully enclosed ten-station turntable, easy to clean, no pollution, stable operation and high precision.
2. The metering disc adopts a three-dimensional adjustment mechanism to even out the gap between the metering disc and the copper ring to reduce powder leakage and ensure the difference in loading.
3. It has a high-precision, high-configuration transmission mechanism, which significantly reduces the vibration of the equipment during operation, and greatly improves the stability and service life of the machine.
4. Modularized powder filling mechanism, easy to disassemble and clean.
5. The newly designed powder feeding device is compact in structure, easy to disassemble and clean.
6. A lock capsule cleaning device is added, which can remove the fine dust raised when the capsule is locked.
