Product Description

Overview
1) Changing the packaging specifications only requires adjusting the corresponding modules (length and width), without the need to replace the mold, making it convenient and quick.
2) The material pusher is controlled by dual servo motors: one servo motor controls the horizontal movement of the pusher, and the other controls its vertical movement. This results in smoother pusher actions, reducing material damage during high-speed operation. Additionally, it can prevent the pusher from operating when there is no material or insufficient material, avoiding later manual intervention and material waste issues.
3) The carton magazine adopts a platform-style conveyor reference from continuous high-speed boxers, allowing more than 1000 cartons to be placed at once. Controlled by a servo motor, it offers high conveying accuracy and supports programmable settings (such as freely defining conveying length, quantity, and time). This effectively reduces suction pressure on the cartons, ensuring more accurate and precise positioning.

Performance and Working Principle
 

Feeding and Material Supply Mechanism

• Loading: Manually place the blister pack sheets punched by the blister machine into the manual material storage bin
• Unloading Control: Servo motor cooperate with touchscreen (paired with a touch screen), allowing the setting of the number of blister pack sheets to be unloaded, with immediate start after setting
• Unloading Advantages: The servo-driven unloading mechanism is precise and efficient, capable of feeding the blister pack sheets into the grid conveyor belt, adapting to high-speed operation
• Material Storage Bin Adjustment: Loosen the adjustment screw and move the material storage bin stopper to adapt to blister pack sheets of different widths

Testing Mechanism

• Function: Detects the quantity of medicament tablets.
• Drive & Motion: Power is transmitted to the main drive shaft via the grid conveyor belt; the internal structure uses an eccentric wheel to drive vertical motion, ensuring synchronization with the conveyor belt.
• Detection Process: The detection rod moves up and down once per grid to avoid collision. Two photoelectric eyes at the rear automatically check for overfill, underfill, or missing tablets.
• Control Logic:
1. Abnormal tablet quantity/no manual/no carton → No dispensing, no carton pushing.
2. Normal tablets but no manual → No dispensing, no carton pushing.
3. Normal tablets + manual but no carton → No dispensing.
4. Normal tablets + manual + carton → Dispensing activated.  
• Waste Prevention: If the dispensing pusher fails to act, tablets are conveyed to the collection port for recycling, reducing waste of cartons and manuals.

Paper Folding Machine 

• Dedicated auxiliary unit for multi-functional cartoning machines, delivers continuous, multi-style manual folding.
• Suction-separation-blowing-winding workflow ensures precise feeding & folding of instruction manuals.
• Adjustable 1-4 folds, with auto position detection & low-stock shutdown-zero manual-missing products.
• Synchronous pulley-belt drive: quieter, stabler, longer-lasting & oil-free (eco-friendly) vs. chain transmission.
• Dual detection (discharge + insertion) triggers PLC control to stop carton suction & reject faulty products-maximize qualification rate, minimize waste.

Feeding Mechanism

• Dual-servo Control: Two servo motors drive the pusher's horizontal and vertical movements separately, ensuring smooth operation and reducing material damage at high speeds.
• Empty/Underfill Protection: Automatically stops pusher action when material is missing or insufficient, eliminating manual rework and minimizing waste.
• Dual-push Configuration: Equipped with separate pushers for instruction manuals and products; pushes manuals first then products to avoid resistance between them.

 

Carton Suction & Feeding Mechanism

• Composition: Composed of carton conveyor rack, carton pressing device, carton suction device and carton opening device; jointly draws cartons from the storage, opens them and feeds onto the conveyor chain for subsequent processes.
• Auto Detection & Control: Automatically adjusts carton conveying speed to avoid inaccurate suction caused by loose arrangement, ensuring product quality and equipment stability; triggers auto-alarm when carton stock is low, preventing downtime and waste.
• Servo-driven Advantages: Servo motor controls carton feeding, with adjustable parameters (feeding time, quantity, conveyor travel length); features stable, fast conveying, low carton-dropping rate and high durability.

Lock Box Sealing Mechanism

• Modular Design: Box forming, small/large tongue bending and lock box stations are modularized for quick adjustment; each adjustment seat is equipped with a scale ruler for visual, efficient operation.
• Batch Number Printing: Steel letter printing device imprints production batch number, date and expiration date on cartons.
• Quick-change Printing Setup: Adopts tool-free quick-installation design-loosen the wrench, replace the batch number seat and tighten the screw for fast batch number replacement, reducing costs.

When removing from the box, confirm the number of drug boards and reject defective ones.

After the cartoning machine completes its cartoning action, at the exit position of the paper box, there are out-of-box blockage detection and drug board height confirmation detection. All unqualified products detected ahead are uniformly pressed and rejected by the cylinder at the exit position.
