5.If there's no bottle on the feeding conveyor line then there will be no filling,if there are bottles the filling will be started automatically (there is a detection light eye before filling, when the corresponding number of bottles is counted, the filling head starts filling, otherwise the detection light eye does not detect the corresponding bottle when counting, the filling machine will not fill and wait for the number of bottles to be replenished. The touch screen has the number of input bottles which can be changed and so does the bottle input counting time.
6.Bottle output counting(after filling, a light eye detects the number of bottles. When the light eye detects the set number of bottles, the cylinder sticks out and waits for the next batch of bottles to enter. The touch screen has the number of output bottles which can be changed and so does the bottle output counting time)
7.Filling station divides bottles by cylinder, controlled by front and rear counting photo eye (counting numbers can be changed on the screen, counting waiting time can be set)
8.Filling head does not rise or fall, positioning filling, can adjust the left and right position and height according to the bottle size
9.Equipped with bottle mouth alignment device with cylinder control
10.The bottom of the filling head is equipped with a drip tank to prevent contamination by dripping liquid from the filling head, and controlled by a cylinder
11.Equipped with 1 high-level reservoir (requires a fixed inlet micro-pressure switch on the cover of the storage cylinder to control the angle valve replenishment),(there needs to be a replenishment switch in the storage cylinder, when the replenishment screen is on,the liquid level in the storage tank is controlled by the proximity switch. When the feeding is turned off, the material cannot be replenished under any circumstances. After the shutdown, the angle valve in the liquid storage tank must be in a closed state)
