1. ZPT series tablet press is a small rotary machine.which can realize round shape tablet pressing, ring tablet pressing, feeding
motor frequency control, settable interface for remote communication, electronic signature and electronic record. Tablet press monitoring system and other functions. It is widely used in the production of small trials, pilot tests and small batches of tablets in research institutes and laboratories.
2. This machine is a high speed rotary machine. The main motor adopts stepless speed regulation of the frequency converter, the starting speed is low, and the production speed is continuously adjustable;
Imported programmable controller with output upper and lower limit control function, automatic fault alarm and display function, automatic control of tablet weight function, emergency stop, main motor overload protection, door and window opening and closing protection, main pressure overload protection ;
3. The main drive system adopts worm gear reducer, which has large output torque, high transmission efficiency, stable transmission, low noise and long service life.
The tableting chamber is completely sealed, and all parts in contact with the drug are made of stainless steel and non-toxic polymer materials, which fully meet the GMP requirements;
4. According to the customer's needs, it can realize the function of double-layer pressing function, ring piece pressing function, feeding motor frequency conversion speed regulation function, setting interface for remote communication, and tableting machine monitoring system with electronic signature and electronic recording.
