Production line application
Freeze-drying of skin care products: High-concentration active essence is frozen and crystallized at ultra-low temperature in a freeze-drying machine to completely retain the nutrients of the active preparation. The cosmetics freeze-drying machine equipment performs vacuum freeze-drying in a sterile environment, and the active ingredients are directly transferred to the freeze-drying machine without passing through the liquid. The water is removed by sublimation to obtain a freeze-dried product containing very little water.
GZL universal vacuum freeze dryer is suitable for drying biologically active proteins, biological peptide freeze-dried powder, human-like collagen, Centella asiatica extract, wild vegetables, dehydrated vegetables, chemicals and other materials.
Working Principle
Freeze-drying technology refers to a technology that sublimates water directly from solid state to gaseous state in a vacuum environment below zero degree, evacuating the water in the product and thus retaining the activity of biological components intact. Lyophilised powder is obtained by using vacuum freeze-drying method, freezing the water in the solvent and sublimating the frozen water in the solvent in a vacuum aseptic environment, thus obtaining a lyophilised powder, which is obtained by lyophilisation technology and is capable of retaining the effective active ingredients in the product.
