QZL series spheronization machine is the extensively used processor for converting extruded particles or moist granules from a mixer /granulator. This machine makes damp granules into beautiful pellet by setting rotating centrifugal disk, blower, and pneumatic nozzle. Feed damp granule into rotating centrifugal disk, start fan then start rotating centrifugal disk .It can make the damp granule undertaken the action of air floating force in ring gap, rotating centrifugal strength and gravity itself, appear circle rope-turning movement and become high-degree ball shape pellet.

The Marumerizer spheronizer is comprised of three main components: a vertical cylinder with discharge port, a circular "friction" plate and a variable speed drive train which turns the plate.
