This capsule filling machine combines with electricity and pneumatic power, it is suitable for filling international all size capsule, high output and easy for operating.  The whole line equips with auto counting device and adjustable feeding device, can finish position action, separate action, filling action and lock action whole operating process.
It meets GMP standard.  Cancel conventional gearbox transmission.  The variable frequency stepless speed regulation is adopted to solve the weakness of large deviation of the weight of the head and tail of the traditional machine.  Automatic emplacement, separation and shutdown are controlled by photoelectric counting, sensitive and reliable.  it is the ideal capsule filling equipment in pharmaceutical industry.

CGN208-D2(JTJ-III) capsule filling machine is independently developed by our company on the basis of DTJ-C capsule filling machine. The operation of capsule dropping, turning and vacuum separation is more simple, intuitive and convenient, and the probability of capsule is higher. The bag head assembly adopts cylindrical positioning design to compress the machine to 5-8 minutes in the time clock of replacing and debugging mold.
